ITEM DESCRIPTION

You are bidding on a TAS-listed 1958 UK first pressing of the complete recording of Verdi's Aida by Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Herbert Von Karajan featuring Renata Tebaldi. This is a 3-LP set wide-band groove ED1, with "Original Recording By" at 10 o-clock and ffss circle at 12 o'clock that inserts into a red wallet type plastic jacket. The three records and each of the ffss inner sleeves are in excellent condition. The 28 page booklet insert that also serves as the graphic cover of this album is intact and in very good condition, although signs of usage is showing in the side where the pages are turned over.  The plastic jacket has a 1 inch+ tear at the bottom left corner of the front side.
