Description
This is an opportunity to acquire a rare first pressing Wide Band 'Original Recording' of Decca SXL 2205 Wilhelm Backhaus playing a Bach Recital.
The programme includes:-
English Suite no.6 in D Minor (BWV 811); French Suite No.5 in G Major (BWV 816); Prelude and Fugue in G Major (BWV 860) & Prelude and Fugue in G Major (BWV 884).
The vinyl is clean and in very good condition. There are a couple of scuffs on side two which create a little background noise. The sleeve is in excellent condition although has a crease in the top right hand corner.
