This is a UK original Stereo LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. There is a printed date stamp on the bottom flipback (R.S. 4-60). This means that the sleeve was printed in April 1960. It comes with its original "FFSS" Stereophonic polythene-lined company inner sleeve. 

The record has ED1 "wide band" Decca labels which are grooved also. They have the "Original Recordings By" text. It has first press ZAL-2642-1D and ZAL-2643-2D matrix numbers. This is a rare UK Stereo Classical LP. I have some other rare UK classical records for sale too.

 

Sleeve: There is a 4 cm bit of wear to the top edge from the spine. A small piece of the sleeve in that area has been torn away. There is an old (1960's) record shop sticker on the rear too. There is some fading & mild ringwear too. VG condition.

Vinyl: Light to very mild sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light. There is one very small and very light hairline mark too. VG++ condition. The labels are in wonderful condition and show minimal spindle wear. I have fully play tested this LP. It plays Near Excellent to Excellent overall. There is some light or very light crackle in a few quieter areas. The company inner sleeve is in Near EX condition. There is some mild fading but there are no seam splits.

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
