UK (P) 1960 Decca 2nd (?) edition SXL 2241 with back/silver disc labels.
Side 1 run-out matrix code: ZAL-4678-3W
 Side 2: ZAL-4679-3W
Vinyl grading (visual): VG+ (I can't see any obvious scratches or marks on either side of the disc that would affect playback); sticker on Side 1 disc label should be removable, but I don't want to risk damage to the record.

Sleeve grading: VG+ (excellent condition; some library stickers on cover and disc label; minor bending in sleeve from handling)
