Description

This is a UK STEREO 3-LP BOX SET from 1960, on Decca; "Cavalleria Rusticana (Mascagni) / Pagliacca (Leoncavallo)" (SXL 2253 - 5).  Features Mario Del Monaco, Cornell MacNeil, Giulietta Simionato etc, with the Chorus & Orchestra of the Academia Di Santa Cecilia, conducted by Tullio Serafin / Francesco Molinari-Pradelli.  This is the original ED1, with the wideband grooved label and "Original Recording By" at the top of the label.  The set comes with its original libretto.
