Tchaikovsky - Scenes From "Swan Lake"

(Decca SXL 2285 UK LP 1961)

 

This is a UK ED2 Stereo LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. It comes with its original "FFSS" Stereophonic polythene-lined company inner sleeve. 

The record has ED2 "wide band" Decca labels which are grooved also. They have the "Made In England By" text. It has  ZAL-5110-2E and ZAL-5111-2E matrix numbers. I have some rare UK classical records for sale so please check them out.

 

Sleeve: There is some mild wear at the bottom left corner tip. There is some light to mild fading to the rear. There are a couple of small stains on the rear too. VG+ condition.

Vinyl: Light to very mild sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light. There is one very small and very light hairline mark too. VG++ condition. The labels are in very nice condition and show light spindle wear. I have fully play tested this LP. It plays Near Excellent to Excellent overall. There is some light or very light crackle in a few quieter areas. The company inner sleeve is in VG++ condition. There is some light to mild wear but there are no seam splits.

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).


Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
