Description

Very good copy of this rare 1961 release on Decca Records (SXL 2287) with its original Wide Band & grooved label design with "Original Recording By..." rim text - ED1.  Ernest Ansermet conducts L'Orchestre de la Suisse Romande in performances of Debussy's "Images" for orchestra;  Stravinsky's Symphonies of Wind Instruments and Ravel's "Pavane pour une Infante Defunte."

Condition is very good.  The sleeve is clean and fairly crisp with no tears or seam splits but it is a little discoloured.  Unfortunately the spine is flattened. 

The vinyl is in excellent condition.  The surfaces are clean and glossy with no major scratches, scuffs or abrasions.  Playback is good with only very light surface noise but no major pops or clicks.  There are no skips or jumps either.
