Extremely rare 1961 original WBG ED1 UK Pressing of this classic recording....Ernest Ansermet conducting the OSR......Falla's The Three Cornered Hat with Teresa Berganza..............Decca SXL 2296 WBG ED1 Labels with 4D/2D Matrices and Robert Stace Front Laminated Flipback cover.......in nice overall condition
The original vinyl is in nice condition with light hairlines/scuffs and a couple of small slightly more obvious marks on side 2 .....generally just a little background noise on run ins and between tracks ......there is some light popping near beginning side 2 starting just before the voice comes in caused by one of the slightly more obvious marks...this goes on for around a minute and is the only time there is what be called intrusion on the music..... plays nicely all the way through with no skips , sticks or jumps ...... clear and powerful sound from this high quality 1961 original UK pressing.... visual VG to VG+ and audio overall VG++ to EX......
The Robert Stace Front Laminated Flipback cover is in lovely VG++ to EX condition with general light wear/scuffing and some light foxing to rear ...see pics........
