(Decca SXL 2303 UK LP 1962)

 

This is a UK original Stereo LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. It comes with its original "FFSS" Stereophonic polythene-lined company inner sleeve. 

The record has ED1 "wide band" Decca labels which are grooved also. They have the "Original Recordings By" text. It has first press ZAL-5148-6E and ZAL-5149-4E matrix numbers. This is a rare UK Stereo Classical LP. I have some other rare UK classical records for sale too.

 

Sleeve: There is some moderate fading to the "white" of the sleeve. There is a mild stain in one corner. There is some light ringwear too. VG condition.

Vinyl: Light sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light. There is one very small (1 cm)and very light hairline mark too. NEAR EX condition. The labels are in wonderful condition and show minimal spindle wear. I have fully play tested this LP. It plays Very Near Excellent to Excellent overall. There is some light or very light crackle in a very few of the quieter areas. The company inner sleeve is in VG++ condition. There is some mild wear but there are no seam splits.

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).


Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
