First press ED1 with "ORIGINAL RECORDING" text.
Recorded between 5 - 22 September 1961 at The Sofiensaal, Vienna
and released in July 1962.
All of the records that I have listed this week come from the
same collection. They are all in barely played condition and are as good
as you are likely to ever get. Take a look at the photos of the sleeves.
They give a good indication of the condition of the discs themselves.
The previous owner obviously took great care as can be seen by the photos
As always the discs are played in their entirety.
First press matrix numbers ZAL 5437 3E & ZAL 5438 1E
The flimsy sleeve is ex+ with no ringwear either on the front or on the back.
There are no thumb creases, no folds, no grubbiness on the rear.
There are no corner bumps and absolutely no wear on the top or bottom seams.
The spine is straight and true. There is no feathering of the opening
The labels are in superb condition with no marks on them. The colours are vivid
and bright with no trace of any spindle marks. K/T tax code and First recording released in 1962.
Comes with original blue FFSS inner sleeve The record plays as EX.
Bright shiny lustre.
I play all my records in their entirety. I DO NOT SAMPLE (i.e. guess)
as to how they might sound.
