Description
Vladimir Ashkenazy - Rachmaninov - 3rd Piano Concerto
Anatole Fistoulari/ L.S.O.
(Decca SXL 6057 UK LP 1963)
This is a UK original ED1 Stereo LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve & comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeve.
The record has ED1 "wide band" Decca labels which are grooved also. It has first press ZAL-5851-1E and ZAL-5852-2E matrix numbers.
Sleeve: There is some light to mild fading to the rear sleeve. There is some mild laminate lifting and peeling at the spine area on the front. Light to mild ringwear too. VG condition.
Vinyl: Light to very mild sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light. VG++ condition. The labels are in excellent condition and show light spindle wear only. Plays Near Excellent to Excellent. There is some very light crackle in a very few quieter areas. The company inner sleeve is in VG++ condition. There is some light wear but no seam splits.Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
