Decca SXL 6151 original UK wide band, groove ED1. ("Original recording by...").
Super copy of this masterpiece, lovely fidelity!
Cover: EX (light, light signs on ageing)
Record: EX+ (a few very gentle hairlines on side 1 from being removed from the sleeve - nap)

I never grade records MINT. My best grade is NM – as good as it gets for a 2nd hand record. I playgrade records on my Luxman Pd310 w. Fr64 tonearm and Denon DL 103 cartridge in case they have a flaw. If there are flaws they will be noted in the description.
