Berlioz: Symphonie Fantastique / Le corsaire - overture.

Ernest Ansermet and L'Orchestre de la Suisse Romande.

England pressed Decca stereo LP, SXL 6343.

Early black and silver grooved wide band label with "Made in England" peimeter lettering and 1W/2W matrix suffixes.

Vinyl visually near mint. Spider trail marks around the spindle areas indicates very few plays and the labels are bright and unrubbed.

Playback is very bright and clean. There is just a hint of crackle at side starts but this is extremely low level and infrequent. 99% of the LP plays a strong near mint with noticeably silent surfaces at quieter spots and dead wax/separator bands.

Original 2/68 dated inner sleeve EX.

External sleeve top end EX, structurally undamaged, just a fraction of darkening to matt white rear panel.
