Description
"Barrett" ever so extremely rare copy of the very first pressing of an album that wouldn't sell much at all, but now considered a holy grail. Syd had just exited from Pink Floyd, and was encouraged by the band to make his own LP, which he made 2 of, this being the second. In 1970 "Atom Heart Mother" was getting the attention at the time, and this album barely saw the light of day.
EMI placed Harvest out as an experiment label, first pressings did NOT have the EMI logo except on the album covers. This is that copy, cover VG has some light wear, no seam splits or penmarks, vinyl VG- has a scratch on side 2 track 2 "Waiving my hands in the air" which is audible for just under a minute, if not for this i would consider this a VG+ but not so! Cover is glossy laminated type which wraps around the spines appx 1/2 inch
I am selling my Pink Floyd collection, i am very detailed about condition & all the vinyls are in protective sleeves, so for the next two weeks there will be some rare & intersting listings for the die-hard Floyd fans, keep close attention. I combine shipping to save money for those who make multiple bids.
