How many times have you been disappointed with a vinyl purchase because sellers are using the "Visual" Goldmine Record Grading System? I've seen vinyl that looked NM but once played, were epic fails and I've put a needle down on vinyl that I thought would be a throwaway and have been pleasantly surprised.  Most sellers, myself included, are not licensed appraisers, so grading becomes quite subjective and "another man's treasure...." I'm taking it one step further and basing it loosely on the Goldmine Grading, EXCEPT!!!! I SAMPLE TRACK ALL MY ALBUMS AND TEND TO UNDERRATE.  Grading by sample tracking is much more accurate than the many "visual" grading sellers out there you must admit, and my feedback reflects my willingness to be accurate. Packed as follows: Vinyl removed from jacket.Original sleeve stays in jacket. Jacket placed in plastic sleeve. Vinyl placed in plain white sleeve. Jacket and vinyl placed between two pieces of cardboard. Cardboard saran wrapped and taped. Package placed in record mailer. CHECK MY FEEDBACK. BID WITH CONFIDENCE.

Syd Barrett, "The Madcap Laughs" Vinyl LP. (1970). EMI/Harvest SHVL 765 (1E 062 o 04261). 2nd UK Pressing. Vinyl is VG+, with slight spindle wear, minimal surface noise or ticky tack and Excellent fidelity. Gate fold jacket, laminated, is a solid VG, with minimal ring wear, wear around edges and corners, good solid gate fold hinge, and some very small areas on the jacket where laminate has lifted, but all is still intact. Very faint musty odor. Original UK plain white inner sleeve. Two and a half years in the making, five different producers, including Gilmour and Waters. A wild, acoustic based ride with a madman/genius. Rare UK second pressing from 1970.
