Description
On offer is a rare, privately pressed hardcore garage single from 1967 What You've Shown/I Know That I by the Symbols, Anaconda TS 9751.
What You've Shown has found its way onto several garage rock CD compilations. But this is one of the original 45's. The single was recorded by the group in a studio in St. Louis. It's my understanding that they paid for a total pressing of 500 copies.
You can hear the A side if you look for it on You Tube, and I have included in the listing photos a portrait of the band at work. But the photo is not being offered -- only the single record in a plain sleeve.
The record is in excellent condition -- plays and sounds great, full and clear. See photo. Be aware that the record labels on the two sides were switched in production. So What You've Shown plays on the side labeled I Know That I and vice versa.
