description DetailsThis full album box set was remastered for vinyl at half speed under the band's supervision at Abbey Road Studios.
This box set contains re-mastered versions of all previous studio albums by Sade on pure black 180g vinyl - the first complete collection of their studio work to date. All six acclaimed albums of the band: "Diamond Life" (1984), "Promise" (1985), "Stronger Than Pride" (1988), "Love Deluxe" (1992), "Lovers Rock" (2000) and "Soldier Of Love "(2010) are packed in the beautifully finished white cardboard packaging.
In reworking the audio, the band and Miles Showell worked from high definition digital transfers of the stereo master mixes from the original studio recordings, which were remastered at half speed at Abbey Road Studios. The elaborate mastering process at half speed produced an exceptionally clean and detailed tone without affecting the sound intended by the band. No additional digital limiting was needed in the mastering process, so that the six albums benefit from the additional clarity and pure fidelity of the sound and the dynamic range of the original mixes is retained for the very first time.
The six album sleeves have been meticulously and faithfully reproduced using authentic paper and printing processes and perfectly recreated for the first time since their original release.
