Description

Red and silver label with laurel leaf logo near top of label. Appears to have a “groove” around the label but it is wider and shallower then most record grooves. Guitarist Salvador’s Quartet includes Eddie Costa, piano and vibes; George Roumanis, bass; Jimmy Campbell, drums. Recorded in 1956. 10 tracks. Burt Goldblatt cover art. Some of Sal’s finest small group performances. Cover: VG+ or better. ½” split on top edge at insert edge. Minor peeling of lamination at insert edge. Some corner wear. Some light aging on the back cover. Gloss finished front over. Heavy cardboard jacket. Small crease on 2 corners. Record: VG+ to mint(-). Visually shows a few small surface rub marks, no general wear though the record has been played a number of times. There are occasional clicks, most barely audible. No surface noise. Audibly checked.
