The Salsa All-Stars is a continuation of the Alegre All-Stars featuring most of the Alegre aggregation members and produced by Al Santiago. This is a very high quality 180 grams pressing on Salsa Records which was a subsidiary of Mary Lou Records, a splendid indy NY Latin music label. These descargas feature the cream of the crop of NYC Latin musicians---see back cover photo. Liners are by Al Santiago the founder of Alegre Records and creator of the Alegre All-Stars. Vinyl: VG ++,close to mint minus no spindle wear, no spindle markings
Top, side and bottom edges are all intact with no visible wear or seam separation Front and back covers show some minimal rub wear. Front and back cover have a glossy finish. See photos.....
