Description
Sam Baskini und seine Jazz-Symphoniker play a very spirited "I Lift Up My Finger and Say 'Tweet, Tweet'" and "The Wedding of the Painted Doll" on VDS (that's "Volksgemeinschaft Deutscher Schallplattenfreunde" to you) 1492. The first title has some scat singing and an 8-bar, Trumbauer-ish alto solo.

This record is in V+ condition generally on the "Tweet" side, with a dig at the very beginning that clicks two or three times and passes. The less interesting "Doll" side is in V condition generally, and has a dig in the middle of a piano solo that hangs up.
