Description
Hi and thank you for viewing my auction. I am clearing out a large quantity of my vinyl collection some of which is rare and collectible. I will aim to give an honest appraisal of the condition of each record and sleeve as well as giving a realistic opening price for auction items.
Much of the vinyl I am selling is from the 70's and 80's, including funk, disco, Tamla Motown and Soul. There will be several demos and promos amongst them, some of which may be difficult to value so you never know, you may pick a rare, collectible item at a bargain price.
Sold items will be despatched as soon as possible after purchase and proof of postage will always be obtained in case of any issues arising.
Here's another one for all you Northern Soul buyers who've been watching (and buying) some of my recent listings. It's a big Northern tune by Frank Dees with "Fragile, Handle With Care" and "Save The Love At Any Cost" on the flip side.
And this is one that I originally bought 2 copies of in 1975 (from Harlequin Records in Guildford, Surrey - remember that record store?) and I am selling this one which I don't think I ever played. There are no spindle marks on the label as far as I can see, the vinyl is very clean with no writing or stickers on label.
It's on UK Atlantic with catalogue number K10676; the label even says it's in stereo so perfect for your aural enjoyment.
Am starting the bidding for this at £35.00 which I believe is a fair opening price for such a collectible item, especially as this is the more collectible UK release that rarely comes up for auction. Very sorry t sell this gem, but at the moment needs must!
