I use the VJM grading scale for my records.
Note: Record grading is very subjective. To reduce chance of any purchasing issues, please be sure to read entire description below.
Side 1: "If I Could Only Blot Out The Past" - Visual grade V (has light scratches/scuffs in gloss, couple of scratches/needle marks are more pronounced and can be felt, light groove wear evident, still has partial shine) Audio grade V (plays smoothly with audible - but not overpowering - surface noise throughout, vocals and music have slight distortion on few parts, has very few audible pops).
Side 2: "Knoxville Blues" - Visual grade V-/V (has light scratches/scuffs in gloss, few small scratches/needle marks that can be felt, one small scratch and 2 small needle marks are deeper - see photos, light groove wear evident, still has partial shine) Audio grade V-/V (plays through smoothly with some audible surface noise throughout, vocals and music are strong with slight distortion a few times, deeper scratch and needle marks show up as loud pops but don't skip).
This is a very scarce old country/hillbilly record that looks good and plays decent as well. Some nice old guitar work on this record! A must have for collectors! I have not done a detailed cleaning on this record.
