Description
Up for auction is an original rare mono pressing of the Sam Rivers 'Contours' LP on Blue Note Records BLP-4206. The other musicians include Freddie Hubbard, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter, and Joe Chambers.
Record info:
Solid VG+ with some scuffs and some surface noise. It plays and sounds great!
Cover info:
Solid VG+ with solid seams. The main flaw is prominent creasing on bottom right corner. The back cover has an 'Audition Copy' promo stamp. It comes with the original Blue Note Records inner sleeve.
Label / Pressing info:
Original NY label mono press with Van Gelder stamp in the dead wax on both sides.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
