Description

Rare "Van Gelder"-stamped mono pressing of Sam Rivers Fuchsia Swing Song on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4184. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once or twice. The New York 23 cover has a 1 ¼" rub at the lower left corner, but is otherwise clean and bright throughout. Personnel includes Jaki Byard, Ron Carter, and Tony Williams.
