I read a blog post about this band a few months back and decided to order the CD from Amazon. Wow, this is really great stuff! My first reaction on hearing this CD: it's a reincarnation of the Byrds! Chiming guitars and melodic vocals ... and really good songs (Some of which, yes, are covers: Dylan, Byrds, etc.). But Starry Eyed and Laughing sound like they were really were focused on their songs and making great music ... way back in the 70s. It's a shame they weren't better known, and I'm amazed I never heard of them until recently. This is a real find.
