SLEEVE CONDITION: EX (could be said EX++, only a light marginal yellowing near opening and very rare light signs of age, on this pure white art paper cover which is close to its brand new condition - NO SPINE DAMAGE OR WEAR OR SPLIT ; on the dowel spine the golden lettering is very nice except 2-3 letters only with lightly vanishing gold)

RECORD CONDITION : EX (conservative: nice glossy surface with barely few light scuffs, few light spindle nails around the center hole, has been barely played / playgrading = 2-3 single ticks beginning A-side, then only rare occas. light ticks on a NM background)
