TITLE: Sandy's Album Is Here At Last!
CONDITION:
Sleeve: Strong VG++ to almost Mint- w/ a whisper of ring wear, some light bottom seam wear, 2 small corner bends, a small spot of wear at the bottom of the spine, a tiny chip on the opening edge of the back cover, a hole punch
Record: Looks Mint- & plays almost Mint- w/ a little light random background surface noise. / VPI cleaned / By the spindle hole it looks like this LP may have been played once.
COMMENTS: Nice original copy of this great LP on Frank Zappa's Bizarre / Verve imprint label. This is Sandy Hurvitz' first LP released inder her real name. She later changed her name to Essra Mohawk and released the great LP Primordial Lovers. This LP has kind of a Laura Nyro feel to it w/ Jazz & Folk Rock undertones as it was produced & arranged by Frank Zappa's main instrumentalist of that time, Ian Underwood. The great band features the major Jazz cats Jim Pepper, Jeremy Steig, Donald MacDonald & Eddie Gomez.
