Description
A 1st issue from around the time of release and whilst charting - winter 1972. Matrix A1/B1. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover - the interior is textured. Also included is the CBS advertising inner sleeve.
Vinyl (Ex+) In absolutely fantastic shiny condition and clearly has only seen the lightest use. Under close inspection we could only make out one superficial mark - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT+ level of playback. The audio is utterly sublime - there is absolutely no back ground at all. Even at the start when there's the sounds of birds chirpping - nothing in the background - NOTHING!. The audio quality is out of this world as you would expect from a quality UK pressing from this period. The preservation level on it takes it into a league of its own. A FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex+) Wowzers someone really has taken care of this. It has a newish feel to it. Handling wear is almost totally absent just the very very faintest ring wear on the rear. And that really is all. Edge wear is non-existent and the spine is 100% intact. Almost factory fresh and retains perfect rigidity. Difficult to imagine bettering.
Inner (Ex) No splits.
