Description

A literally unbelievable rendition...a hifi work out for sure!!!!
An original 1st press on UK CBS from 1971. Matrix A1/B1. Well worth trying to find a 'day 1 copy' if yoh can...how do you identify? Very 1st copies omiited track timings and the year - as you see here. Whoops! Also early copies mention Dandelion Publising which was superceded later. The heavy-set vinyl and comes housed in an original gatefold with the Gold name sticker on front. A near-master copy.. We also have a CBS inner from the time too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete. Super looking copy...
Vinyl (Ex+) In super condition and clearly has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slightest marks per side - nothing troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Now, you can certainly go out and purchase a half-speed master, or an Mfsl reissue. But just bear in mind you'll probably pay more than we are asking for on this copy. And I wouldn't mind betting this copy will still likely run it into second place! In fact, I'd put  money on it! hardly any background even into the fussy slow builds. A consistently great playing copy AT ALL TIMES. Stunning low level detail incredible resolver. Why risk a 50/50 COPY?
Cover (Ex-)The front and rear are nice and clean and flat with only minor sign of handling. Nice firm openings with an excellent interior. Slight sticker removal mark top left. The spine is 95% good with all text legible fully legible. Spine is square also which is nice to see. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. I have to say it is looking well tidy!
Inner (Ex-) Light ageing. No splits.
