Description

This is a soundtrack LP by Sante Maria Romitelli for the bizarre 1977 Italian film "Yeti: Il Gigante del 20. Sieclo" ("Ice Man"), directed by Gianfranco Parolini and featuring Tony Kendall and a giant ape of indeterminate size. The exceptionally rare LP was released on Aris records (LM 10) in 1977. The score is diverse, featuring both the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and a disco group called "The Yetians". It's a very strong score, featuring both Carl Orff-borrowing and disco / funk. Vinyl is in EX shape, cover is in VG shape (a hole is punched in the top right corner; there is some corner wear / bending).  The LP is a treasure of a particular strangeness that existed only in the late 70's.
