A Studio Acetate is the way that the record company would check how a record would sound in it's finished form and this is an original 1960's item form New Yorks "Bell Sound Studios" and what a mega NORTHERN SOUL sound. Fetching around £80 on ABC Paramount. Well how rare is this??? Carl Fortnum has a copy and he's seen this one and says that it's idetical to his. How many were made? Two for definate and both single sided, so they had faith in this being a hit... Well it is on the Northern Soul Scene at least!

Condition Gradings:-
Mint = From the factory! (Rarely seen!)
Mint - = As good a copy as you'll ever buy
E = Excelent condition - Very little surface noise , Label in good condition
VG = Very Good condition, OK until a better copy comes along. May have label damage and considerable hiss/crackling.
Ring wear = This is a condition found when 45s have been stacked together for some time and causes a ring of dirt around the label. Usually the grooves are totally unafected by any wear.
Singles can be graded up or down with a + or -
