Condition Detail:
The sleeve has seen better days, the top and bottom seam have been taped with duct tape at some point and overall looks the par for a record from 1955. There are lots of discoloration and staining throughout the sleeve. The laminate on the cover is coming undone leaving a white grain to most of the cover.
The vinyl is in great shape with some light scratches from over the years. During playback I only heard a pop or two in a few spots and some light surface noise throughout, most of which could have been from the factory based on the way it seems to duct when the vocals come in. Overall a very strong Vg+.
Purchased at estate sale. Record cleaned with VPI HW27 Typhoon before grading, sleeved with archival liner and shipped using Bags Unlimited Mighty Mailers.
Played with a AT12S Shibata with a Marantz pre into an Dynaco st-70 with Boston dynamic speakers. Free shipping included with price.
We generally undergrade our records due to how detailed the stylus is. Small noise on our system will probably not replicate on a conical
or elliptical stylus.
