This is a 1979 reissue and is Mono.   Has authentic autograph of Maitreya.  Record has been visually inspected only ( my turntable is not the finest and I do not want to cause possible wear).  Matrix markings P in circle AKashic 1972  Maitreya Master DUB  CF 2777 < 1 > and  CFS-2777  < 2 >.   There are 2 very minor faint scratches on side 2 track 1. .  I do not believe they would interfere with play.  Tried to take picture but my camera is not a high quality one. I am not a record dealer , so my evaluation is to possibly underestimate condition.. Inner sleeve has discoloration.  Poster insert is included.    Outer sleeve has some minor edge wear, some rips on the spine  and some discoloration from aging. The spine has the record letter ( partially worn,   the name of the LP and artist ( LP title partially worn)   and the Akashic Records lettering.
