Description
Solid copy of Savoy Brown’s 1969 album, presented here in reasonably good condition for its age. This is the rarer Mono edition and is a first pressing. Matrix numbers are 1A/1A. The record is much better than the sleeve, which has been spoilt by tape residue around many of the edges.
Single front-laminated sleeve – VG- (minus). Solid and intact but there is a fair amount of unsightly tape residue. There is also a name written on the rear. The lettering on the spine is fully readable.
Labels – VG. Moderate spindlewear but clean & tidy. There is a name written on Side 1.
Original Decca company inner bag – Ex. In great shape.
Record – Visually VG+. Mainly light hairlines but there is a more noticeable 3cm mark on Side 1 which has no effect on the sound quality.
Playback Ex- (minus). Great sound overall with very light crackle. A slight wobble is evident on Side 2 but does not qualify as a warp!
I grade all records strictly using the 'Record Collector' system.
