Description
SAVOY MG9011 CHARLIE PARKER 'Vol.4'
This is an early, very collectable 10"LP, by this master of the alto saxophone. The groups on these wellknown sides include both Dizzy Gillespie and Miles Davis, as well as Bud Powell. This is a USA pressing with a deep groove red/silver printing label.

DESCRIPTION/CONDITION : The disc is EtoE+ (VG+toVG++), with a few light to very light scratches/scuffs and a hint of very light, general groove wear, visible under a bright 'grading' light. These have little affect on the playing. The cover is EtoE- (VG+toVG), with a 15cm split from the right corner to the top seam and an 8cm split to the bottom seam in the same position. The bottom seam also has a small incipient split in the middle. Front and back have some surface rubbing/scratching/dirt. Given this disc's age, this is in great condition.
