Scarce 1972 Australian 12 inch LP debut release from Alison McCallum "Fresh Water" featuring the hit "Superman"
Record has been played all the way through both sides...sounds great no skips or jumps.
Conservatively graded....Vinyl has a few light marks on it appears EX , sleeve has only the slightest amount of ringwear...barely noticeable , a little edge wear and has sticky residue on the back cover.

Side 1:
VG+...tiny bit of light background noise at the very start and in between tracks
Side 2:
VG+...as for side 1
Gatefold Sleeve: VG+ ...see photos has some water/moisture damage bottom right see photo 3 and a tiny edge split see last photo.
Record sent wrapped in bubble wrap in an LP mailer with tracking No. included and insurance to the value of $50 included to anywhere in Australia for $8.95
Record will be removed from cardboard sleeve in a plastic sleeve to avoid seam splits.
