Description

Extremely rare (possibly one off?) acetate of the English girl group from the 1960s the Caravelles. Caravelles had a hit on Decca in 1963 "You Don't Have To Be A Baby To Cry" but never managed to follow it up. They are however very collectable and did have a lot of releases later in the 1960s outside the UK. This acetate is from 1965 and is a cover of the Everly Brothers song "So Sad". This appears to have been released on Polydor in Europe but not the UK. Condition is VG. Some play wear, light marks and a bit of "bloom" but not bad at all given its age and rarity. Very desirable for 1960s UK pop or girl group collectors.
