First German pressing (1979) on the renowned Harvest label.

This is the original UNCENSORED German pressing with the sexy jacket and inner sleeve, later banned. 

Scorpions was formed in Hannover, Germany in 1965 by Rudolf Schenker, who led the band through multiple musical style reinventions.

Features the title track "Lovedrive".

Includes the original uncensored custom inner sleeve (with color photos, lyrics and credits), in VG condition.  A small portion of the inner sleeve is missing in the upper left corner of one side.  (See photos)

Matrix numbers etched in the dead wax read:

Side 1:  45 275 A-1

Side 2:  45 275 B-1

Wax plays "like new".  Superb sound quality on this well recorded album.  

Exceptionally high gloss remains.

Light superficial paper scuffs / hairlines visible under bright light but have no impact on sound quality.                   

Labels are essentially flawless, look like new.

Jacket:  EX+

Jacket front & back color photos and text are rich and sharp, overall clean and bright.

Minor ring/rub wear and minor creases are present but distract little from the overall great look of the jacket front and back.

Solid seams and spine, nearly flawless.  No splits.

Spine print crystal clear.

Wax is play graded (not just visually graded), employing Goldmine Price Guide standards.

As I take great care to accurately describe my items, I do not accept returns unless my item description is incorrect.

All records are packaged with the wax outside the jacket (to avoid seam split in transit), enclosed in a plastic sleeve and shipped in robust record mailer boxes via USPS Media Mail, tracking included.
