Up for sale is one (1) Scorpions - Lovedrive / Coast To Coast 12" MAXI SINGLE on RED Colored Vinyl from 1979. Made in UK on Harvest Records (#12 HAR 5188). This 12" is very difficult to find.
Features Klause Meine on Vocals and Rudolf Schenker on Rhythm Guitar.
Also features Michael Schenker on Lead Guitar on both of these tracks, even though he is not pictured on the cover. He rejoined the Scorpions after quiting UFO. He recorded 3 tracks and then quit to start The Michael Schenker Group and was replaced by Matthias Jabs.
The RED COLORED Vinyl is in Excellent condition. Has ABBEY ROAD CUT etched into dead wax Side 1.
The sturdy cover (these Import covers are usually very flimsy) is in Excellent condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to some crumples, minor corner dings, white fade spots, and ring wear, etc... There are no split seams, cut-outs, or writing on it.
I am the original owner. I purchased this new in Chicago in the late 1970's or early 1980's. I listened to it just a few times back in the day. Not played in over 30 years. I recently played this record and it SOUNDS AWESOME.
