Scorpions-Tokyo Tapes 1978 1st press Japan 2LP w/OBI RCA 9147-48: Another Scorpions release with alternate sleeve art, for this the Japanese edition of the classic “Tokyo Tapes”, recorded at the now sadly razed Nakano Sun Plaza. The embossed gatefold cover has a touch of shelf wear and bottom splits on the two sleeve pockets. There is also a small price sticker removal spot that has discretely been colored in with a marker on the front lower right hand corner. Includes the extra thick OBI strip. The 4 page glossy full color insert shows some finger prints, but otherwise looks great. Both LPs are in high grade excellent condition as well. This is a hefty and noble edition of this essential live Scorpions release. VG++/VG+
