Ideal for collectors!! SUPER RARE ORIGINAL UK CASSETTE!! These are virtually impossible to find!! From my personal collection... As Philips were the forerunners in making cassette tapes, it seems they released quite a few of their albums on cassette format in the late 60s which was quite a rarity in the UK (EMI was another...) This album sold very poorly on release (one of life's great mysteries as his first 3 albums had sold well and had all been in the top 10 - Scott 4 did not chart at all) so I'd imagine hardly any cassettes were sold at all, this is the only one I have ever seen. It is also in fantastic shape!! Also interesting to note that the track order is slightly different to how it was on the LP!! Honestly this is one of the rarest items I have ever owned!! Don't miss out on this opportunity as it may be your only chance!!
Cassette is EX : it is impossible to grade a tape this old any higher but it really is in fantastic shape, I had only played it several times and recently to grade it - it is at your own risk to play this tape - it plays but it is an important part of history and should be handled with extreme care! The labels are all intact with only the lightest bubbling on side 2, the shell itself and the pressure pad is all intact and has not worn down at all (see pic), lovely shape!!
Card inlay is EX+ : lovely shape with no tears or heavy creasing!!
Case is EX : a little scuffed but clean and the hinges are intact and undamaged, again lovely shape!!
