 You're looking at a double LP test press/test pressing of the Screeching Weasel greatest hits album "Weasel Mania" This was put out by Fat Wreck Chords last year. Anyone familiar with punk vinyl knows that test presses from Fat Wreck are near impossible to come by. Here is the seminal collection by Screeching Weasel on an ultra-limited double LP test pressing. This test pressing is in excellent condition and has only been played once while in my possession.
