CONDITION DETAILS Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Tri-fold cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing, surface impressions, and slight discoloration (front/back/inner-gate); darker discoloration spots (front/back). Inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; minor wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use. Book not included. Brown label with orange Columbia around edge. (Bottom-right corner is cut.)

ABOUT THE RECORD Scrooge is the soundtrack album for the movie of the same name. The film's musical score was composed by Leslie Bricusse, and arranged and conducted by Ian Fraser. With eleven musical arrangements interspersed throughout (all retaining a traditional British air), the award-winning motion picture is a faithful musical retelling of the original. Albert Finney won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Musical/Comedy in 1971. The film received four Academy Award nominations, including for Best Original Song for Thank You Very Much. Due to legal complications, the soundtrack has never been re-released in the CD format.
