Description

London Records stereo CSA 2101, two disc set in gatefold jacket.  Factory sealed, with factory sticker on the front.   No cutouts.  I am confident that this is an early pressing, as it weighs the same as another copy I have.  I also have a later pressing, which weighs a little less.  Sold as described.

Recorded by Decca.  The Symphonie Fantastique was issued on the Decca label as SXL 6343.  The rehearsal disc was only issued on the London label.

Ernest Ansermet conducts l'Orchestre de la Suisse Romande in the Berlioz Symphonie Fantastique and Le Corsaire overture.  Also includes a second disc with Ansermet rehearsing the Symphonie.  See pics for program details.
