AMP-SHARK is pleased to offer this SEALED COPY OF LYNYRD SKYNYRD’S 1977 STREET SURVIVORS , IN ITS ORIGINAL ISSUE FLAME ALBUM COVER. This is a 12” 33rpm record album, MCA # 3029. VERY NICE Condition, no dings or appreciable damage anywhere that I could spot; does have some minor scuffing to its plastic shrink-wrap, and barely perceptible wear to its cardboard outer sleeve is apparent in places if you tilt it “just so“ and look really closely. Hardly any ringwear to its front cover (just a little on the top arc), does have noticeable ringwear to its reverse. Perhaps not as nice as the most prime examples out there, but still Very Very Nice, easily 9 out of 10 condition! Of course I have no idea what the record inside is like - my guess is, it must be in Mint Condition. You can see some white lines from the camera flash illuminating microscopic scratches to its clear plastic wrap, they are not nearly as noticeable when holding it in person; also, there are probably some fingerprints/smudges that show up as white blotches in some of my pics - guess I shoulda cleaned it (DOH!) before shooting the pictures, but now I’ll leave that to the Buyer’s discretion.

'Skynyrd had one of the most amazing bands with a sound unlike anyone else. These guys were - to a man - True Southern Gentlemen; they brought a comparatively HUGE group of singers and musicians to the stage and put on ONE HELLUVA FUN AND HIGH ENERGY ROCKIN SHOW!!! Ronnie Van Zandt had some fantastically rugged Southern Drawl pipes, and he was NO PRIMA DONNA STAGE HOGGING D!PSH!T, like, say, an Axl Rose (PUKE), or a David Lee Roth (SLUT) -- he would get the HELL outta the way and allow the rest of the fine Lynyrd Skynyrd musicians to shine in their own light during instrumental breaks, without acting like some idiotic mic-stand-strumming air guitarist/Super-Ego FOOL (WTF?) - he was the coolest/humblest/toughest Rock singer ever! And 'Skynyrd’s 3-guitar onslaught delivered a HUGE Assault Rock Tone, which was further fleshed-out by some amazingly adept keyboard work, while they all thundered along supported by massive rhythm underpinnings; add those pretty chorus girls and you had an unstoppable monster of an act with NO PARALLEL IN HISTORY - WHEW - I’m getting all worked-up reminiscing here… It’s a CRYIN SHAME their pilots took off without enough fuel to get all the way to Baton Rouge, damn.
