Any sales tax charged will be included in the final invoice amount. Tax Exemption: The Store does not have the ability to honor tax-exempt entities at this time.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday)

Most items are shipped by UPS or an LTL Carrier Service on freight items. Freight items may also be picked up by Customers at our Bloomington, IN location.

Although most shipments arrive in 2-3 days at their destination, shipments can sometimes take up to 8-10 days for delivery, depending on certain conditions.  All Buyers will receive tracking information for their purchase in transit, and Storehouse Auctions is always happy to assist with any shipping concerns.

International buyers, please be aware that we do not offer auctions to international buyers

Returns

Storehouse Auctions is focused on customer satisfaction, and has developed a fair return policy.

All purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt. We are focused on taking care of our customers. If there was an issue with the accuracy of the listing and you desire to return the item, contact Storehouse Auctions and we will send you a return shipping label, free of charge, and then process a refund upon receipt of the item and validation of the return reason(s) stated. If you desire to return an item for any other reason, contact us for a return approval, and then ship the item back to us.

We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. All sales are final after 14 days of receipt by the Buyer. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your bid.

Applicable Law

By using this store, you agree that the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Agreement and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Store.

Privacy

The Store will collect your name, address, phone number, email address and PayPal email address for use in completing the sale. Collected information will be used only to provide you services you request and require in completing the transaction. The Store does not sell or rent your personal information to 3rd-parties for their marketing purposes.
