I've updated the title and specific information to more accurately describe this release/pressing of this rare album. Thanks to everyone who messaged me. I hope the information below clarifies all of the questions I received. 

This is a NEW, SEALED, MINT copy of Motorhead's FIRST U.S. LP release of "Ace of Spades" released on Mercury Records (pressing number SRM-1-4011), released in 1981 (back indicates recording date of 1980). Item is in mint condition, with the exception of the shrink wrap on the back being slightly "uplifted" (see photo) but has never been opened. Open/used copies of this album regularly sell for $60 so a sealed copy of the album is exceptionally rare.
