TERMS-PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID!

This is important stuff! We know it is long but please read it.

• Please e-mail us with questions before you bid.  99% of e-mails answered within 24 hours.
• If you have a feedback score of 5 or less then please email us before you bid or your bid will be cancelled.
• Please send all correspondence through the eBay message system. We will respond only through the eBay Message System. This is for the security of all parties concerned.
• Auctions will run for their allotted time so Please don’t ask us for a “Buy it Now” option or ask to close the auction early.
• Payment must be received within 7 days. If you are mailing payment please let us know.
• We ship twice a week, usually Wednesday and Friday. We generally use the UPS for all shipping except media mail eligible items. All items receive a tracking number. Your items are always carefully wrapped and packed.
• MEDIA MAIL is inexpensive but can take a long time to reach you. Count on at least 10 to 14 working days from shipment before your item arrives, often longer.
• Returns: All items are sold AS IS. If you feel your item is not as described or photographed, please contact us and we will come to a fair and equitable solution. However, shipping is never refundable as the USPS, UPS, etc. do not offer refunds.
• Insurance on Purchases is not required, but is recommended. Uninsured items lost or damaged are not eligible for refunds.
• Feedback is left when feedback is received. This allows us to concentrate on the 90% of buyers who take the time to leave feedback.

 ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS

• Due to changes in USPS regulation as of 14 May 2007, International Priority Mail is now the least expensive method of shipping to locations outside of the United States. First Class International mail does not get a tracking # and we will not use it.
• If the item you are bidding on asks you to email for a shipping quote before bidding, please do so or your bid will be canceled.
•  If your country is not listed on our “ship to list,” please do not bid.
• We are accomplished International Shippers so you may bid with confidence. However, we do not falsify customs forms so please don’t ask us to change the value of an item or declare it as a gift.
• All Duties. Taxes, Customs and other port of entry fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• An additional word on packing: We try and use recycled boxes and/or packing for most items. We think that this is not only good for our customers-it keeps costs down-but good for the environment. Larger and heavier items, especially vintage electronics, are always bubble wrapped, double boxed and cushioned with peanut packing. The cost of these materials is reflected in the shipping costs. For those of you who believe these items have a cost of pennies we implore you to check out the pricing on eBay or (shudder) your local UPS or box and ship store. Finally, please try and reuse the packing material you receive if at all possible. Thanks for reading this.
