CONDITION:  This album has been in storage since nearly the time it was originally received at our store in the early ‘70s. We rate the record as New; the cover is rated NM+ and shows a small slice near the upper left corner that denotes a cut-out. Please review enlarged pictures (of actual item) in slide show at top left corner of ad for condition, which is considered part of description.
