Description
I am offering an original 1965/1966 Sealed "Rubber Soul" album by The Beatles. This is an obscure Decca contract pressing, Stereo ST-2442!
This is a very rare Jacksonville, Illinois pressing with the #8 present at the lower right corner of the back cover.
In order to keep up with the tremendous demand for Beatles product Capitol Records utilized other prominent record companies to press Beatles records, 45's and LP's. Decca was one such company used and the sealed "Rubber Soul" offered today is an authentic Decca contract pressing!
These #8 pressings rarely show up, let alone in sealed condition.
Free Domestic Shipping!
****As of January 27,013 the United States Postal Service has nearly doubled the cost of shipping to overseas customers. Due to this fact I have no choice but to increase my shipping cost to overseas customers to $20.00 per record****
The Factory Sealed record and labels are of course in untouched and unscathed Mint condition! Two breathe holes are present at the front and back covers.
The cover is still in the original shrinkwrap. The shrink has a crease near the top of the front cover.
There are two small tears to the shrink at the front and one on the back cover. There is some mildew seen at the upper corners of the back cover.
I would grade the cover, VG / VG+. See pics.
